Lately, I have been intrigued by the idea of using recycled goods in my artwork.  For instance, my "SmittenS" collection of environmentally friendly mittens are made from recycled wool sweaters that have been washed and felted then lined with polar fleece.  They are sure to keep your hands toasty and dry.

I'm located in Michigan and I sell them at art shows, at several local stores (listed on www.pswistak.shutterfly.com) and on etsy (www.etsy.com/shop/pswistak),although my etsy account needs to be replenished after a very busy holiday.
