Re: Help Everyone.....Old chandelier I need help on identifing age and value!!

Hi Beth, I did try that gardenweb site but couldn't access it. So I just went to "Whats it Worth". Thanks again to all who helped. And "lady1800s" I was thinking 200.00 -250.00 also. And I'm glad to not clean it, wasn't looking forward to that! Dusting sounds fine to me since I have so many other projects going on.

Re: Help Everyone.....Old chandelier I need help on identifing age and value!!

Thanks lady 1880,I couldn't find any old posts on ebay but I will just go by what you sold yours for. The paint on this is original, but it needs some cleaning up. How did you clean yours and did you touch up any paint on it? I do have someone who wants to buy it,I would sell it as is. Any suggestion on how much as it sits? Thanks to all of you who responded! I sincerely appreciate it!!!!

Re: Porch decor

Thanks for the web site, I will try it. And yes I did well in finding this. Nobody wanted it it seems, because we were there at the sale the second day. It was quite a ways out in a little town but their was something about it I just loved. I don't know if I'll sell it or not, guess if I can't find a place for it I will.

I love looking at all your stuff! It makes me anxious to go out and hunt but around here in MO. there isn't any yard sales yet so I do hit the flea markets for maintaining my addiction. Re: ANTIQUE DOOR ON A CABINET

WELL GIRLS MY HUSBAND IS A TRUCK DRIVER AND IS ONLY HOME FOR SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME AND MOST IMPORTANTLY HE HAS NEVER DONE ANYTHING REMOTELY LIKE THIS!!! SO YOUR HUSBANDS OR EVEN YOU CAN DO THIS. HE DIDN'T HAVE A PATTERN TO GO BY SO YOU CAN DO THIS, THE DEPTH IS 12" THE MOLDING HELPS STABILIZE IT. IF YOUR DOOR IS TOO HEAVY HE SAID YOU CAN MOUNT IT TO THE WALL. HE WANTS TO DO ONE THAT WILL FIT IN THE CORNER. AN OLD SCREEN DOOR AND WINDOW SCREENS MAKE GREAT CABINETS TOO. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SWEET COMMENTS. DENISE
