Fabulous! And I agree with Laurel - who else (well, besides Kathy!) just happens to drive past a whole stack of vintage card tables??? You and Kathy are the luckiest in the roadside-finds department! (Is it an Ohio thing?)
Hi Sue--
This has to be my favorite thing you've ever done! I adore these ornaments! They're so elegant looking. (I like the slightly tarnished look better, too!) I'll be on the lookout for orphaned lids from now on! Merry Christmas!

Ooooh, Amy - I love everything, but my favorite is the vintage muff as a wine cozy! I'll have to invite you to all my parties if these are the hostess gifts you come up with! Happy Holidays!

Oooh me! Me! I brought the blanc de blancs and some of the flowers! I read this post on the 20th, Sue, and I had always felt a little bad that I hadn't MADE something to bring you! I must not have gone all the way through the pics when I first read it, 'cause there is my bottle of wine at the end! Yay! Next time, I promise I'll try to junk it. (AND bring wine. How's that?)
Kim
Kathy--
Such gorgeous stuff! My favorite is the buttons in the paperweight. Did you re-make an old paperweight, or can you buy empty ones? Love it!
Kim
Your yard must be fabulous - I love having birds all around! Such cute birdhouses! I love the white one on the post too. I've coveted one like that two years in a row at a craft fair I've gone to, but it was $125!!!
Candy - what a cute a heartfelt tribute to your hub! He's a lucky guy! Kim
P.S. I LOVE the shell in the bird's nest! Hmmm... I just found a perfect bird's nest that had blown out of a tree in our yard, and I have some shells I brought back from spring break.... I'm always inspired by you JMS women!
Candy - You made quite a haul of smalls! I have a lot to learn. Next time I need to come with more time to shop, so my daughter isn't the only one to haul something home!! My favorite of your finds? Also the boxes! It was so much fun!

Absolutely adorable! I never could've come up with that in a million years! Love the idea of spray painting the whole thing brushed nickel too.

Re: "PARISIEN ADVENTURES"
The most brilliant touch of all is how it's placed on the mantel (or shelf) ON ITS SIDE with the little egg cup candles in front of it. Gorgeous!
