Leanntiques and Friends is fab! Their shop is open for a period of time each month in Hopkins, MN. Leann and Frank are just sweeties, and their store is so nicely done. Lots of fun, cute items in all price ranges. Lovely, inspirational staging, too.
These two have been so nice to me! Very encouraging, and you are always greeted with a smile and hug :)
It's a blessing to know them!
P.S. My latest purchase from them is a cool 50's look lamp shade with a base made out of wooden thread spools stacked and painted. It is a mini-size and sits in my office at work (I receive many comments about it) -- FUN!
Does anyone know if the concept of Occasional Sales is happening Nation-wide or in specific Regions? Here's to Rose's success in Buffalo, MN! What a gem :)
Also, does anyone know if the business concept of Occasional Sales has been documented or studied? I can imagine an enthusistic college student doing so for a Senior Year project in entrepreneurship (spelling?) or business administration!!
My best guess is the plank of wood that sits on the pivot of a See-Saw or Teeter-Totter. I'm thinking that based on where you live, this traditional peice of playground equipment may be called a specific term. (?? Not sure...)
You need two kids, one on each end to balance the load (to then go up and down). What do you think?
