Sue,
posted: 11:02 pm on September 20thThe Pfarkel's truly enjoyed the party! Your house feels like home the minute you walk in the door, being greeted by Lilly and the great hug and warm welcome from you. I am glad that you posted photos of the gifts and not the partiers. The Pfarkel's have been doing handmade items for the holidays and birthdays since the 80's and it is always exciting to see what each one of us comes up with. Can't wait for the next party and we usually feel comfortable helping the the kitchen--we don't do windows!
It was a great crowd of old friends and a few new ones, we just did not stay up until 5AM like some. We had to get Don back safely to his motel.
GREAT time full of laughs, sharing, friendship and Hugs AND pictures!!
I will help plan a reunion if you wish my help
Sharon
Re: I'm Going All the Way to the Top!
I wish I would have seen that first!! I have an elevator in my home/B & B and it would have been just the right accent. The door comes out in the large bath upstairs and my kitchen downstairs. Maybe, I can find another one somewhere. The hunt is always on for good junk

We share the pictures so all of us can travel along on our outings, don't we. If I had more tech. talents I am sure there is a way I could be sending the pictures or video to all of you while I was shopping for treasures. Someone in this crowd knows how to do that I am sure. Mean while we will just enjoy each others posts and pretend that we are there too. It is happy treasure hunting for this weekend in Minnesota!!

I really have not been good at looking at all these posts... Are you really staying at the KOA when the Oronoco County Park is right there. The Pfarkel's have camped/RV there for almost 20 years now. We only have to walk a couple of blocks and we are at Downtown Gold Rush and all the bargain and fun. There is usually room there if you get there early and last year we moved up to a better spot than past years!!! Steve at the checkin headquarters know who we are especially, with the Big Red Bus. No driving needed in the morning or at night (well except to go back and pick up purchases that we could not carry back earlier. Check it out

I will most definitly be at Oranoco! Can find myself and the other Pfarkel's at Amy's booth on Sat. during the Junkologie Blog Party. I would love to have an item or two from you and any of the other 'junk bloggers'. I was just thinking of posting a challenge on my blogspot so, check there for more details and I will also do a seperate post under member projects too with a link to mine.

Okay Kathy,new contributor (aka-you)
posted: 10:54 pm on July 29thReally good junk I agree with Jim and Candy. But way too much stuff for Sue to deal with especially with her sale this weekend although that does give her alot of room for new junk. I would like to take an item or two off your hands for our Trash to Treasure Charity Auction, August 28 fund raiser for breast cancer.
I like the lamp idea -- did one simular earlier this year and used some of the metal pieces to put together a water fountain for my sister's birthday.
Good luck with the challenge
Re: Yard Sale is all done Up JM Style...The Details
No way you are going to sell the red stove from last years Oranoco!! The scale that came from WI maybe, it will go back to the Barn in Spooner. I hope all goes well as it looks like the Pfarkels will not make the trip. We have had sooo much going on that we have not had time to work on projects for our Trash to Treasure Auction for Breast Cancer charity on Auguest 28. Since we will be seeing you at Gold Rush and will not get work done that weekend for the auction we will have to stay home and be good workere this weekend.

Yes we do sell items right out of our house. We do not have regular hours however, since I am here running the B&B also. Please call ahead and we can make arrangements. If we are working on projects here at the shop we try to also be open whenever possible which, is mainly on fri- sun. The other two sisters have regular away from home jobs.
