The tag is made from the paper end of the player roll that was in the piano.
The player piano came from a senior center.  I had to dismantle it on site.  Youll see complete results in another post. 
My original plan for this part:  leave as is because it was so cool looking and the parts move.
My plan for the part needed a few details, so I asked myself what would _______ do with this.

I was given an old player to do something with, so I dismantled it.  The part used in this project was pretty cool and the sections move up and down as you turn the knob.   I liked it as a piece of art by itself, but I decided to think of my JMS friends as inspiration on how to improve it junk style.  This is what I came up with.
