Window display for photos

Window display for photos

This again was a project made for our cabin and it is a beach theme, so chose photos of our family and of the landscape from a Riviera Mayan, Mexico trip we took as a family.  I have since added a white removable "Memories" large sticker onto the wall above the window frame, which adds to the overall look of this project.  I had picked up the window for $7 at an Occasional sale and cleaned it well, and taped the photos in on the back side.  Another member used the scrapbooking clear photo corners which I would of done as well,  had I been that smart to think of it.  Great idea - photo corners.

Have you ever visited The Nesting Place's blog? She always has great ideas (and for very inexpensive!). Her blog is http://nestingplacenc.blogspot.com/ and my blog is http://jfourbankhead.blogspot.com.

Thanks again for sharing!

MimiToria writes: Thanks! I did use the sephia option for the tone on the photos, as I felt it went better with our overall beachy theme and colors we were using. Black n white is a great option for vintage too, but sometimes a little more contemporary feeling. This chippy window screamed for sepia. Posted: 2:43 pm on August 28th
