Old Look Stands

Found an old pedestal dining table (actually had 2 of these pedestals on it) on the street, with the laminate top totally ruined.  Took the 2 pedestals, added tops foraged from other finds, lightly sanded and used Polyshades stain (can put right over top of other stains and finishes, no need to take down all the way to wood).  Voila -- 2 nightstands -- now rearranged out into the living/dining room -- matches my antique corner cabinet beautifully.

MimiToria writes: Very well done. You'd never think they were a married piece. The table looks like it was an original. Posted: 9:21 am on September 20th
