From boring to - well, NOT!!

This old wooden high chair had seen better days...After sanding it too, and painting it in colors I think any child would love, it has been reborn!
This is our beautiful local land mark, Mt. Diablo, which I can see out my front window at home, and my classroom window at school! Lucky me!
I still have the tray to finish, but I haven't quite decided what to do yet...
I found this funky little swivel/rocking chair at a local thrift store. It was a mess, so I sanded and painted it and recovered it with recycled jeans. It now lives happily in my studio and it's actually pretty comfy!

These thrift store finds I picked up for next to nothing and I had just a little TOO much fun refinishing them!
