I had this beautiful pink and gold glass globe shade and knew it might be a candle holder one day but hadn't been able to fit it satisfactorily to anything.  I then came across this silver tea caddy lid which fitted perfectly and an old glass jar and nightlight finished it off.  It was so easy I felt like I was cheating!  It all fitted very snugly so I haven't fixed it so will be able to re-use the globe shade later when I've worked out what else it will be.
