Recycled sweater cup cozy

After making handbags from the body of a felted wool sweater I got at GoodWill,I was left with the arms. I couldn't throw them away! And I am allergic to wool,so I could not make leg or arm warmers from them! Then it hit me. Why not make little sweaters for my cups of coffee/chai,etc.?! I am usually wearing gloves in the winter,anyway,so it would not bother me to hold them and the arms were already almost exactly the right size around for the cups. They may not be anyhting too fancy,but they are washable,warm,naturally antibacterial and,I think,not too bad looking!
