I bet when you host a party and use these for serving, your friends will be in awe at your decorating talents!
How's this for a serving piece? Great for a birthday cake or maybe some other kind of special treat!
This consists of a vintage stool base, a grate and a dinner plate.
Or how about this for a dessert server? Or maybe for a centerpiece with candles and flowers?
All this consists of is some sort of burner and a vintage dresser mirror.
How elegant would this be filled with some kind of condiment or side dish? Or maybe a dish full of candy?
This was actually a vintage cruet holder missing the bottles. I simply added the depression glass bowl.
How about using this for use some veggie dip? Or simply remove the bowl and put a candle on it!
Okay, I'm not really quite sure what the iron pieces are. They came from some sort of equipment. But who cares? They look great together!
This is a vintage lamp base. I purchased the candle made from a wine bottle.
Here we have a spacer from a piece of farm equipment. There are so many uses for them. You can use them for table risers by adding a plate on top. Or how about a vase with twigs, or a silk flower. Or then again maybe a simple pillar candle. Be creative!

I love using different types of "junk" as table risers. So when you're getting ready to host a party, and you have no special serving pieces, why not take out the junk? They'll add some unique pazzaz and dazzle your guests.
