Repurposed old metal mailbox. This was originally black, then someone painted it mauve. I sprayed it a creamy white.
I added a sweet rose decal and two vintage gold buttons.
Lots of storage inside for recipes ~ or ~ what the heck, use it as a MAILBOX!

I repurposed an old metal mailbox into a kitchen recipe box that also holds my old wooden rolling pin. I'm sure it would also be at home in your office to hold note paper or in the powder room to hold just about anything!

Very cut and clever. You're right, it's terrific in the kitchen, but could work in many other rooms as well. I love being able to move something from one room to the next! Welcome to JMS...I look forward to seeing more of your projects.
