OK, now for some silliness! I found these amazing old brass lock bodies at my favorite salvage yard and immediately thought they would make fabulous little people bodies. So, I put the quotes and metaphors away for a little while (grin) and came up with these two fun little guys. I’m feeling more of these coming on so stay tuned…
I'm calling the first guy "Viking Cowboy". He has amazing little kickin' boots that I made using some
brass something-or-others and I had to make a hat equally as fun, so came up
with this top off some old medical instrument. His arms are old lamp wire, his
head a red ball from an old game and he felt like an idea guy to me, so I put a
gear over his heart.
The backside of Viking Cowboy.
The next little Joe felt like a sailor so I gave him a hat
made out of a salt shaker top, his feet are little black knobs, his wire
arms are striped with red and I put a star over his heart.
Here's a back side shot of Joe.
