I used old panel doors to make these.  The vanity/bench parts are made from salvaged wood and attached from the back of the door.  I used old mirrors in the panels and wired on discarded light fixtures as sconces.  Some I've embellished with feather boas.  The last one was an old radio cabinet that just happened to be the same width as one of the doors I had.  They just seemed to be made for each other.
