Vintage letter 3 upsized

I just love these vintage aluminum letters. The size was inappropriate for the large crate. So, I "aquired" a piece of scrap from the hubby. The galvanized sheet metal had just the right amount of sheen to it. First sketched the general shape of the letter. Then used tin snips to cut the number out. I chased the metal into a curve around a vise as so no edges would be exposed. I finished the edges with a thin layer of caulk. By no means toddlerproof but how often do you see a metal edge and think "i'd like to run my finger across that?" Hahaha
