Antique Mahogany Chair
December 17th, 2008 in member junkI found this mahagony chair at a flea market in St. Paul. The poor little chair was loose in just about every joint and the finish was all scraped up. The man I purchased it from told me that it was his mother's chair and it had been sitting in an attic for years. He sold it to me for $5 and I reassured him that I would take good care of it. My husband refinished the wood and I upholstered it in a beautiful embroidered microsuede. I used fabric from my business: www.jwupholstery.net. The chair is now beautiful once again.
