The big heavy metal air ride base came off, so we attatched the rocking base straight to the chair. With alot of Leather cleaner and conditioner, it looks pretty good.
The chair is actually extremely comfortable and ajustable. My son also had a Peterbilt logo so I just had to incorporate that into the chair.
There is even a cubby for controllers.

My Youngest son brought home an old Semi Seat he saved from the trash and I've been looking at it for years. I asked my older son if he had any ideas how we could make it into a rocking chair. I knew what I wanted it to look like "just stumped on how to do it". Well he figured it out! He is an engineer so he did alot of math and calculations to get the curve right on the base.
