I added red velour triangular shaped pieces of fabric to a regular dog collar, and attached white pom pom balls to the end of each piece.  It was very easy to do, and only took me about 30 minutes.  I already had the reindeer antlers, and the collar matches them perfectly.  I'm not so sure my golden retriever Bennett is very thrilled though!
