Manhole Cover Table
August 18th, 2008 in member junkThis is an end table I made. The top, I was told, was an old manhole cover mold. I'm not sure if that is what it really was, but I thought it was a cool piece. I just attached it to the base of an old office chair. No real talent involved. Wwa-la, instant table! It's nice, too, because it rotates like a lazy susan so if you need the romote (which your husband has on the other side), you just have to turn it. I also added a grate in the center of it which I purchased at the Junk Market :)
