Wire Basket for My Jars

I needed a way to corral my old jars and thought of a wire basket. I remembered seeing a piece of old used hardware cloth in the shed. It was almost the perfect size -- I just had to cut a little bit off. After getting it the right size, I secured the corners with steel wire. To add strength and cover sharp burrs I wired on a 1/4" dowel around the top and bound it with wool strips I had left over from a braided rug project.

Kind of like chocolate and peanut butter don't you think?
