A New Life for an Old Thermos and Jar

Burlap, lace, and rhinestones.  A perfect way to dress up a dented thermos and old jar. 
Now its holding water and pretty tulips...no more coffee.
I didnt want to waste the stopper, now its a nifty picture holder.  I wrapped it with twine to hold the wire in place and to cover up the stained plastic.  A vintage rhinestone buttons tops it off.
An vintage clock face and a glass drawer knob make a good lid for the large old jar.
Much better!

This heavy duty old Stanley thermos has seen better days, but it still had plenty of life left in it.
