Happy Thanksgiving to all.  Let us all remember what we are thankful for home, health, freedom.  Pray for those in far away places fighting for that freedom.  May God bless all of you. 

And for those brave one's heading out in the shopping madness tomorrow--may the junking Gods be with you and happy hunting.

LuAnn writes: Thanks to all. I am glad Mom is still with us (at 91 years old). She had a grand time (with leftovers to take home). Us girls get together when ever we can. Our best fun is Christmas Eve (family tradition from way back from who knows when). There's never a harsh word just tons of laughter and a spontaneous paperball fight after the gift exchange. I'm thankful for our families--which is getting bigger each year. And very thankful for each day Mom is still here and laughing with us.

Sharon -- I'm in Western Michigan in a little town Hudsonville) between Grand Rapids and Holland. Lived there my whole life, and now have a litte shop there where I try to sell my wares (it's harder than I thought it would be). A junking adventure sounds fun -- we could be on the lookout for angel goods (and potato mashers).

As a fellow Michigander, I'm going to have to guess the one with the yellow "Michigan" sweatshirt (but perhaps that's just a rouse, or maybe your sister(s) is from Michigan too).
