My grand-daughter's September wedding is taking place in a barn! GOING TO BE ELEGANT" SHAB-COUNTRY-CHIC" Everyone will drink from mason jars, clear & blue ones...for the bride & groom I fashioned these "wine goblets" from mason jars and candle sticks. I wired several blue jars to hang putting votive glass holders with votives (easy to remove) also frayed outer sides of 8" strips of burlap and made rings to go around mason jars for table decor. Will send photos in next set of pictures along with handmade tossing cones filled with lavender.

SecondTimeTreasures writes: I LOVE using candle sticks....for many many things!:) Love what you are showing as I adore all the mason jars I seen used in sooo many ways. Some of them painted, and I seen someone add the yard light of those lights that light at dusk? They found them to fit the top of some mason jars, and what an adorable idea too!:)

Thanks for sharing, and this will be a very special wedding...things made from the heart mean soo much more:) Posted: 3:41 pm on July 21st
