Shabby French Book Page Shelf

I found this awsome scrolly cabinet yesterday.  It was an ugly orange color, but I knew with a little attention and elbow grease that I could make it over.  I started by painting it white...a few coats.  I then decopauged book pages on the back of the shelf.  I then took a tan paint I had left over from my bathroom...I watered it down and brushed it here and there and took off excess with a rag.  I also took tan and white paint to the book pages with a brush wiping off the excess.  Finally I sanded the edges giving it that shabby look.  This project turned out very French Shabby!  I want to keep this piece, but I have no room.  It will be the "star" piece in a upcoming show I am participating in this weekend.  If you put your mind to it you can get it done.  I worked on and off on this from 3 pm to 12 pm.  (And I have 5 boys!)
