I have a bench that I have had for years. It came out of a Hardees Fast Food restaurant. I tried to mosaic it, but it just didnt turn out. I knocked the tiles off and used them in my path. I still want to work on it some more maybe, but GA heat is tough right now. I did this about 6:30 one morning.
This is a wall of my Koi pond. My pond is a constant project. Last summer I mortered rock around 3 sides...the other side is hidden by flowers and may not ever be rocked. One day I am going to have flat rocks around the top of the pond.
The constantly changing waterfall.
Just a rock on the pond.
I know you want to see some of the fish!

After seeing MakinItHappen's path I created my version for a path under one of my arbors. It's so hot here I had to do it early in the morning, and it really didn't take me long. The path is not near as long as MIH's but it was a great place to start. Just opened the concrete bags and swept it over the tiles, rocks and broken pieces.

The other pictures are of poor quality, but they are of my Koi pond...I work on it a bit all the time. It will probably never be finished! My pond is 8x8, and I found all the rocks and broken concrete pieces I am using. As I find rocks, I put more around the pond. I just got back from Maine...rocks everywhere, but I used control! No rocks came home with me.

SARAJOSH writes: I know the Ga heat all to well. I am in a new place in Lavonia. I am working with an over grown, sloping, bare ,blank and ugly piece of land and home. Starting from scratch again after 10 years in one place. This would be perfect for my trail going down to the lake through the woods. Thanks for the insperation. Posted: 1:27 am on July 16th
