Okay guys, I have to admit that I pulled this out of someone's garbage. It is pretty ugly, but as we all know a couple coats of paint does things wonder. Georgia's painted headboard was my inspiration for this project, and when I heard about the Make it Pink Challenge I really wanted to participate. I worked as a nurse in pediatric oncology for 8 years and my life has been very much enriched by the many children and families I met during their experience with cancer.
