The gate attached to the wall. And yes, the wall is painted tropical green!
Closeup of the setup. I used tiny carpet nails to hold the clips on.

This is my first post, but I wanted to show off my recycled piece of "junk." My dad rescued this baby gate from the hot water heater closet as he was working to install a new one for me. We almost tossed it, but something made me hold onto it. After cleaning it up, I decided to hang it on the wall of the craft room and use it as a memo holder. I screwed it into the wall and added clips to hold my bits of ephemera and project ideas.

If this was used for your family, it also has built in memories too, which is cool.
