This was in the Junk Market Style Magazine. I wish I had a laundry room like that one but I put these on the back of the basement door and they keep my cleaning utensils out of sight, and sometimes out of mind..lol I purchased the knobs at Home Depot for  around $2 each, I wanted the ones that looked antiqued. Found them.

Junk Market style gals have had so many great ideas over the years that I've been following them, but it always amazes me when there is another project that I don't remember seeing before such as this. Thanks for sharing.
