Garden Fencing Bedrail

This is a project that my husband worked on for our girls.  He recycled his childhood bunk bed by changing it from its natural (and very beat up) wood to a fresh white, built a ladder and then came up with the idea to box in some old garden fencing, that we use for other projects, as a bedrail.  It went perfectly with their shabby chic/garden style decor and more importantly keeps Elle in her bed!
Bedrail made out of old Garden fencing.
Cupboard found at antique fair.  Cleaned up and painted white, the inside remains a seafoam green color.  Its now used to hold books, puzzles and appropriate bedroom worthy crafts for my girls.
This vanity was found at an estate sale for $25!  You cant even buy the glass in it for that.  I painted it blue and used Liming wax on the handles to give it a more vintage look.
The dresser was found at the same estate sale, also for $25.  The childrens chair and table on the bottom left were purchased at a garage sale.  It had a Mac truck on it, so I painted it something a bit more girly and added the porcelain drawer pulls as finials (found at a community yard sale).

Old Garden fencing makes for a great bedrail, after being cleaned and buffed up with a wire brush!  Along with a few other great finds.
