Happy October, fellow junkers!  I am enjoying this site so much!  Well, here we have one of those caddies that once held oil and vinegar bottles and are quite expensive when the set is complete.  I picked this up for a song at a garage sale and thought it needed my signature splash of color.  I added some bright cones, paper and of course, THE GOODS!  Inside each is a bevvy of candy and my favorite....plastic spider rings!  This little set will be fun to take to work and give my kids a treat after their hard work.  I figure I can adapt this caddy for any holiday by changing out the cones and goods!  ENJOY!

LuAnn writes: I really like this idea. And you're right they care expensive if complete. There were several at an ES last weekend and I couldn't afford them. These would be real easy to change for the holidays! Keep up the good work.

georgiamoon writes: Oh this could not have been better timing! I swear I was just trying to figure out what to do with an old ashtray stand that I had taken apart. I used some parts for a lamp and I have left the stand and the round metal part with the holes in the top...just like yours only bigger. Wow you set off a flurry of ideas in my little brain. I love you idea a will post what I do with mine soon. Thanks a LOT, geo Posted: 7:17 pm on October 1st
