You can almost hear the Christmas carols...
An old Christmas bell...it winds up and plays Silent Night.
A front view...
The card says Hearty Christmas Greetings!
I found these cute little ice skaters last year...wind them up and they skate beautifully...around and around - to the sounds of an old waltz.
Their little faces are just precious...  The faces of children are a special part of the holiday season.
My daughter made this angelic snow globe in grade school (a while ago)...you know us Moms - we love those kinds of things!!
Its time for mistletoe and holly...
A vintage Christmas greeting.
Such a wonderful spot for me to play...yep...definitely a kid at heart!
Up on the housetop...  You just knew hed be there, didnt you???

As promised - my "Christmas" conservatory.  This is one of my favorite spots to decorate/play (and redecorate)...  I've accumulated some odds and ends of vintage Christmas carolers and angels - they go so well together.  I just love their little faces...the faces of children - and one of the most beautiful things in the world!!

It's fun to remember Christmas when my daughter, Kristen, was growing up - making decorations for the tree, singing Christmas songs in the car (even after the holiday was over...), baking cookies, reading carefully thought out Christmas lists (I've saved a few of those too), and of course - Christmas morning!  (These are a few of my favorite things...like the song says!)

Wishing you and your families happy holidays, a very merry Christmas - and a wonderful New Year!

Blessings, Kathy

P.S.  Merry Christmas Kristen & Tom!

Thanks for your nice comments - this is one of my favorite things to do - play in my conservatory's "little world"!

Now - what shall I put in there next???

Happy New Year all!

Wishing you and all of the members here at JMS a very Merry Christmas. And yes, i have been trying to junk here. Went diving at the site of a sunken ship, but they wouldn't let me take any treasures. Again, go figure. My best to all of you on this special day.

I love your display. You did a tremdous job displaying everything nicely. I can really tell you do antique shows. When my wife was alive and I started doing shows, she said that display is very important how you present your booth. And you can tell it the way you set things up.Christmas is so important to me and the true meaning and how blessed we are.
