the little silver tinsel tree rescued with a new hair cut.

On my one and only visist to a Goodwill clearance center  ( the customers there are way more professional at bin diving than I will ever pretend to be) I rescued this 4 ft silver tinsel tree for $1.90.  After a 4 hour hair cut (that's how long it took me to shave all the long silver tinsel off it)  It can proudly take it's place mascarading as a vintage christmas tree adorned with some terrific vintage christmas ornaments that I remember hanging on our tree as a child.

LOVE your profile pic, don't ever change it! It's the most unusual profile pic I've seen to date.
ALSO, love your personal profile in words. From one Christian to another, I am glad to hear your boldness and joy!

I had a tinsel tree growing up. And used it the first few years of our marriage. Then I gave it to my sister and her hubby burned it :( Wish I would have snatched it up before then. Darn!!
