vase cuffs

I took an old wool work shirt and removed the cuffs and collar. I used wool roving and added a simple floral design to each piece.
once the wool is needle felted together, its there for good!
They can be used year round. Right now they have rosemary cut from my garden and a few of the last surviving blooms before winter actually hits. Smells great! In december I will fill with holly and greens for the holidays.

These take off from Sue's shirt cuff idea, but instead of crisp white shirts, I used an old wool shirt, and recycled the cuffs and collar for this project.
