Perfectly crusty...
I do believe this little basket was originally one of Lanis treasures...am I right???
A basic light fixture, with S hooks spray painted to match hold the basket just so...
A hap-hazzard collection of crytals and keys add a little something...

Our light fixure by the front door has always been a dilema...low ceilings mean no fun/fancy light fixture.  When I saw this rusty, crusty basket at the French Flea...I knew just what I would do with it...

junkermidge writes: Laurel, that is so cool! What a great way to create interest for a standard light fixture. Love the chippyness of it, and love all the added trinkets.

suewannabeinkc writes: So much cooler than the plain white fixture! A perfect combo of rusty and shiny/sparkly. LOVE IT! We have the opposite problem - our (cheap builder grade) entry light hangs from a very long cord and chain. Every replacement is too short. You've inspired me to keep looking for a solution. Thanks!!
