Toilet paper storage "cabinet"

As a wood lover, I had to have the old solid oak toilet seat with heavy brass hinges I saw on the floor at an antique mall.  But what to do with it.  After a bit of pondering, however, the answer seemed obvious.  Making a box to go behind it, it became the perfect storage cabinet for "necessary" paper!
