What do you see in this photo?  I see organization!
This was my reality before the organization.  Shameful!  I even had a basket of spices in my cupboard as well...a big jumbled mess.
Phew! I feel better now that Ive aired my dirty spices with yall.

Enter vintage wire candy display rack.  Purchased for a song during Peddler Day in Peninsula, Ohio over the weekend.
I just about went Bonkers when I saw the rack...waiting for me to arrive.
Get this everyone.  The spices are now alphabetized!  No more dupes for me!
Dont you think it would be cute with little glass jars?  I do.  But for now, I am happy just the way it is.

I have known for a long time that my spices were out of control.  Not any more.  My new spice rack has been a true lifesaver!

Did you make this?

monakent writes: Okay Alice and Candy.....truth be known..... not only do I alphabetize the spices, I have FOUR lazy Susans in my cupboards!!!! #1 is for regular spices, #2 is for spices I use in cooking, #3 is for large spice bottles and #4 is for items such as cocoa powder, baking soda and powder, etc. #2 and #4 are on the shelf above #1 and #3!!!! This really works for me.....really. I just spin and find (kind of like hunt and peck!!!) Too bad my house isn't as nice and organized as my spices (hey, quit laughing at me..... I can hear you all)!!! gailmarie Posted: 9:33 pm on October 9th
Junk_Sophisticate writes: Thanks everyone! I was feeling really good when I found this and I hope there's one out there for each of you!

Midge - The rack measures 19"x19" and fits right between my stove and refrigerator on the counter. It is only 10" deep so that still leaves me with prep space when cooking.

Gailmarie! You organized thing you. :)

monakent writes: Your display looks GREAT!!!! I have my spices on small, white plastic lazy Susans, in my cupboards (alphabetized as well), but your version is MUCH more eye appealing to me. As usual, wonderful post, super photos and quick wit - YEAH Candy!!! gailmarie Posted: 10:20 am on October 9th
junkermidge writes: Love it, love it, love it! It looks big in the picture, but it probably can't be that big. Does it sit on the counter, mount on a wall/door or what. At first I thought the same thing about the matching containers, but in the picture they look kinda cool all colorful. I guess it depends how it blends with your kitchen.
