Bird Perch 2 Tiered Server

My second server; this one is two tiered and has a rod that goes through the plates.  It was a brass rod that I painted a glossy green with perm-enamel paint and glaze.  The base was a candle holder in its previous life.  It has been secured to the piece with E-6000 and the underside of the glass was painted with the same green paint.  A bird has been secured with E-6000 to the "perch" for the final touch.  Thanks for looking!
