What do you get when you pair Hess toy tires, sterling silver finding and Swarovski crystals? Fun Funky Whimsical Jewelry.

I couldn't bare to get rid of those precious toy wheels from my sons' Hess Trucks.... and I use to have a tire swing.. so viola!
