I picked this up at an auction Saturday for $4.00. I have no idea what it is but I really liked the look of it. It's metal and it appears as though it's been left outside because the top is a bit rusty. I thought maybe it would look good in the flower garden. Might make a totem and use it as a base for it. Anybody know what this is?
