I love vintage keys and had a stash that was just waiting for me to dive into.

This is the frame that I bought on clearance. It was dirt cheap b/c one of the frames was missing glass and the backing. I find a lot of my "junk" in clearance sections...broken, chipped, missing parts...no problem. I'll take it!

I removed the glass from the two frames and hung a key with some chain that was spray painted to match in each section.

I hung it on my front door with some thick sage green ribbon.

Our house is currently on the market so I decided I wanted to create something unique to make an impression on potential buyers. I wanted it to be something one of a kind that couldn't be bought in stores. The keys are a symbol to welcome them in. This is the first thing buyers will see so maybe this will make us stand out a little bit from the rest. Could this be the key to our success? Who knows. But hey, it is worth a shot right?
