Thermos bottle shade.
J. C. Higgins was a company that manufactured thermos bottles years ago.
Found all the components at a junk shop. Thermos, funnel and vintage cord
Get your sleeping bag and let’s head north.
The finial is a small funnel from an antique gas can.
Cool vintage graphics on the shell.

Made from a galvanized tractor funnel and a vintage J. C. Higgins thermos for Sears Roebuck & Company this Lamp should be sitting on a table in an old summer cabin in the woods of Vermont. Can’t you just smell the pine trees and the burning campfire?

Anyway, what a fantastic project this one is. I love how you took the thermos apart like that and the teeny funnel for the finial is just too cute. This one is definitely a cabin-in-the-woods look. That's MY kind of camping, electricity, indoor plumbing...Count me in!!!
