Item one, vintage Spalding wood tennis racquet in decent shape. two double hook coat hooks from Home Depot and two single holed loop hook picture hangers.
What to do with all
After drilling holes to for the screws to go into the raquet handle, the two coat hooks are screwed in. On the back, two eyehole hangers are screwed in as well (drilled holes first)
I didn't want to nail holes into my wall to hang it, so the picture leaves something to be desired. But you get the idea...fun, sporty and functional !

So you see these everywhere, old wooden tennis rackets with no sporting use left in them. Or do they? How about to hang your tennis bag or coat from!!
I feel like I might have seen this design somewhere...Sue, is it in one of your books? But was so simple and turned out so well that I had to share!
