Inspired to make Tour de France Signage

In the center of the wheel is a toy truck wheel and a chandelier chrystal..

My signage was inspired by Lanette's project. I took the wheels off of a Jeep baby carriage, the board is a vintage artist canvas strecter piece, wire and blackboard paint. I am actually putting more silk flowers and cinnimon stics on it to take p some of the space on the hanging wire... but yum... it smells delightful! Enjoy! ;)
