Time Well Spent
December 27th, 2009 in member junkI think this was the most "green" project I've done lately. An old metal tub, a window frame, discarded sections of fence and a broken Target clock (I told the kids to take it outside, rip off the hands & cover it with mud ~ they were happy to oblige, for once). It's such a cheery spot now, covering the ugly side of the garage.

JMS contributor Amy selected your project to highlight for the "Best of 2009". Beautifully done! Here's what Amy had to say...
When it comes to style, CountingYourBlessings has it! She had some absolutely beautiful projects in 2009 and it was a challenge to choose my favorite! It could have been the burlap market bag or the box-spring redo. The image that won't leave my mind, however, is a project of hers that involved an old metal tub, a window frame, discarded sections of a fence, and a broken Target clock. CountingYourBlessings created a lovely outdoor vignette...for alongside her garage no doubt. The project and her photography make this project magazine worthy!! As the title of this project implies, it is "Time Well Spent!"
