OK, this was too much fun! I know Kimberly is setting up for a garage sale so I paid her a surprise visit in the wee hours of the morning. Ha! Caught you in your robe! She is such a good sport. Love the palm tree, Kimberly! Where ever did you get it?
The before! Looks like she has her work cut out for her. Shes going to have to put the Halloween gone bad and the crystal lamps in separate corners. Looks like they dont get along so well.
Lookie what i spied! After Kimberly left to take a shower I struck gold. I removed the cigar boxes from the garage, put them in my trunk, and left an IOU. Always trying to help the cause! What are friends for? Anyone see a challenge here?
AFter leaving kimberlys I saw a bright pink sign, hopefully leading to garage sale heaven. As luck would have it, it did! When I arrived I was very pleased. It was not a large sale, but it was well-appointed. The following pictures are items that caught my eye. Look at all of the pretty dishes. These would be great mixed with vintage dishes.
OK, love this! I have no idea why I didnt buy it. It is a glass refrigerator storage dish wish the initials SW. Must finish post and go back!
This pink enamelware pot was adorable. You never know what you will come across at garage sales. Pink enamel is actually kind of hard to find. Must finish post and go back.
A cute little vintage school desk for a childs room. I know you have seen these beore, but theyre classic.

Tune in and catch some well-oiled tips and tricks for hosting a successful garage sale. Weather permitting I'll be outside on the plaza. I've submitted my tips and working on the set as we speak. I can't wait! This promises to be fun. I did a little garage sale shopping today just to get me in the mood. Check out the fun photos. I  love me my summertime shopping!

My mother passed away in July and she was a great collector of every kind of collection. P.S. Got some great stuff while garage "hopping" (as my father-in-law calls it) yesterday. This is my favorite time of year!

I'm excited about Gioni's sale tomorrow.Getting an early start.Don't want to miss something good.Saw a nice chest of drawers and dresser today at a garage sale for $20 each and thought "Boy Gioni could Shabby Chic those up real good."
