This $4 thrift store candelabra find is a warm welcome for friends on the back patio...
Another fun object to bring outdoors for more lighting are old silver jello molds.  The reflection of the candle light off the jello mold is just stunning, dont you think?
Another fun idea Ive used is this candle holder stuck right in a plant.  You could also stick it in a pail of sand or right in the ground.

Think outside the box when entertaining guests outdoors this summer.  Take normally found INDOOR objects OUTSIDE to illuminate a special evening.
