An ice cold beverage on a red hot day is a welcome treat. I'm happy to report that we are actually having a red hot day here in Minnesnowta. Will wonders never cease!!!
Okay after much deliberation I'm still not quite sure what this was. Me now thinks it was used by a painter for paint and a roller. Lani and Kimberly thought a tool box perhaps? Hmm. we may never know, but does it really matter?! I know one thing for sure...it's pretty darn nifty.
Love the coolio, hoolio metal mesh tray on the inside. Great detail!
Oki, dokie, dominokie bring on the beverages!
Need to keep the bottle opener close at hand. Tie one on (no pun intended) and it will never get lost! Now for those of you who are looking really closely you may notice that the bottles are twist offs. Ha! This is presented famiy style, but in case dad wants to take it filled with some Heinies to the Friday night poker game in the garage this will come in handy!
Ooooo .... get yor ice cold glasses! The tray keeps your glasses floating just above the ice to make your beverage even frostier.
Coasters, limes, and lemons are along for the ride.
Fill 'er up and take this handy, dandy beverage buddy out to the front porch. Sit down, pour yourself a tall drink of lemonade, and enjoy. Let someone else mow the lawn for a change!

Old metal caddies should be on a junker's list of favorites. They come in all shapes and sizes and can be used for a multitude of tasks. This one has been re-purposed for summertime drinks, but I can think of a few more ways it could be empoyed.
Planter, garden trug, picnic tote, bathroom organizer, wine and cheese gift basket.................. and on, and on, and on!
