Repurposed Hollow Core Door!

I made this a few years ago for my Sister. This hollow core door was a freebee, I sliced the top part of the door off. Just turned the door on it's side and added 4 by 4 posts on each side. I got the 4 by 4 post free too! I routered the posts on the edges for more detail and also the 1x6 board across the top. I found a scrap piece of trim that I placed between the posts (under the top board).

Decided to make a shelf out of the top of the door, of course I love old door knobs so I added those. Just painted it all white and stained any indented area's for more detail.
