Who needs a scarecrow when you've got a Gardening Angel?
April 29th, 2009 in member junkOkay, so I've got a thing for angels. This is my first full size one, and it's made for hanging out in a garden. I didn't have a good place to display it (sorry) so I posed it against my shop wall, but I included straps in the design so it could be attached to a wooden stake in the ground.
This angel is made from an old shovel and an old net frame of some sort. I attached them together and added some upside down garden picket fencing. Usually I don't include arms on my angels, but this one has arms from two old broken hoes so it has the option of holding a basket of garden goodies.
Pattern or design used: My own design
